Positive: Quiet location. Roomy. Nice bathroom.
Negative: Towels never changed for a multi night stay. Parking was a public lot that was sometimes full. Other parking options far and limited. Coffee maker leaky and unusable. Kitchenette had 1 small pot. No frying pan. No spatula or large spoon. Internet spotty.
